Greg Monashefsky has specialized in the areas of divorce and family law since 1989. In addition to this emphasis, his practice includes criminal defense, real estate and wills, estates, and trusts law.

His goal-oriented approach offers a variety of dispute resolution alternatives including litigation, negotiation, collaboration and mediation. Whether representing individuals in complex divorce and family law matters or more straightforward cases, we educate our clients, through timely and effective communication, so that they may avail themselves of the best avenue of recourse for their particular circumstances.

Greg Monashefsky is a member of the Onondaga County and New York State Bar Association Family Law Sections and the Madison County Bar Association. He is a current member and a former board member (2004-2019) and President (2008-2009) of the CNY Collaborative Family Law Professionals. He has written and lectured extensively in the areas of divorce and family law on behalf of Onondaga County and the New York State Bar Associations to members of the bar and has frequently appeared in the local media to discuss topics of divorce and family law.
