Greg Monashefsky has specialized in the areas of divorce and family law since 1989. In addition
to this emphasis, his practice includes criminal defense, real estate and wills, estates, and trusts
His goal-oriented approach offers a variety of dispute resolution alternatives
including litigation, negotiation, collaboration and mediation. Whether representing individuals
in complex divorce and family law matters or more straightforward cases, he educates his clients,

Greg Monashefsky is a member of the Onondaga County and New York State Bar Association
Family Law Sections and the Madison County Bar Association. He is a current member and a former board member (2004-2019) and President (2008-2009) of the
CNY Collaborative Family Law Professionals. Greg Monashefsky has written and lectured extensively in the areas of divorce, family law and alternative dispute resolution on behalf of the Onondaga County and New York State Bar Associations to members of the bar and public and has frequently appeared in the local media to discuss topics of divorce and family law.
